  • replacing a faulty product with a product of the right quality;
  • reduce the price of the product accordingly;

If the buyer does not like or like the shape, size, colour, model or completeness of the product, he has the right to replace it with an equivalent product at the place of purchase. The appearance of the product in the photo may not be 100% identical to the actual appearance of the product.

The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods in accordance with Art. 29 June Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items”. Such goods may be returned or exchanged by the Buyer no later than 14 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer shall receive a full refund of the price paid for the returned goods or a replacement of the goods. The Buyer shall not be reimbursed or compensated for delivery costs. The costs of returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. For Goods returned in accordance with the conditions set out in this clause, the money paid by the Buyer shall be refunded no later than 30 working days from the date of delivery of the Goods returned by the Buyer to the Seller.

The Buyer may not return goods that are not subject to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The following conditions must be observed when returning or exchanging goods:

  • the product must be in its original, neat and tidy packaging;
  • the goods must be in good condition and undamaged by the Buyer;
  • the product must be in good condition (no damaged labels, no peeled protective film, etc.) (this does not apply if you are returning low-quality goods);
  • the goods must be in the same condition as received by the Buyer;
  • When returning or exchanging an item, you must present the document of purchase, the guarantee voucher (if one has been issued) and the completed return/exchange document that came with the item.

Returned goods must be delivered to the seller’s dealership at the buyer’s expense.

The list of non-returnable goods is the same as in 2001. 29 June Ordinance No 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania “On Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items” provides for non-returnable goods.

Gift vouchers and purchased services and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-returnable.
