The group sessions in the pool are for parents and babies and children who want to exercise together. During hydrotherapy, a physiotherapist, standing next to the pool, uses a doll to demonstrate exercises and techniques, and shows how to hold the baby correctly. The focus of the group sessions is on the emotional bond between baby and mother/father. The AquaSensory patented methodology is actively used in the exercise classes, making them very colourful and playful, and helping children to develop in a holistic way – physically, emotionally and socially.
Group sessions are also recommended at the age when your child is reluctant to meet strangers, as individual sessions with a physiotherapist become ineffective.
We have provided swimming nappies, a soft towel, cosmetic products and after-swim lotion for a soft skin. Parents should bring a swimsuit, pool slippers, towel and personal hygiene products. The pool is kept at a temperature of 33-34 degrees. No inorganic chemicals are used to disinfect the water, which is filtered through a coloured glass cartridge that does not accumulate bacteria.

Group sessions are divided into 4-12 months, 12-24 months and 2-3 years ages. The exercises and activities in each group are tailored to the development of the age of the toddler. Exercising with one parent makes the baby or child feel more secure and relaxed, which results in greater physical benefits from exercise. Parents get a wide range of information on child development and exercise.
Duration of the group session – 45 min. There are 3 children in one group.
