Yes, all services require pre-registration. The most convenient and fastest is using the online registration form, also available by phone +370 (659) 52777, e-mail by mail info@bambinospa.lt or by message on social networks.

The clinic does not cooperate with TLK and all services provided are paid according to the approved price list published on this website. A doctor's referral is not necessary for services provided by Bambino SPA.
Upon arrival for the procedure, you need to fill out a goodwill consent and a questionnaire about your or your child's health status. If there are contraindications, please submit a doctor's certificate, recommendations for the received clinic services.

We provide towels, swimming diapers, cosmetics and hygiene products to babies and children who come to the swimming pool. For parents who don't get in the water, only clean, non-slip pool slippers should be brought with them. If the parents themselves participate in procedures in the pool, please do not forget a bathing suit, pool slippers, a towel and personal hygiene products. When coming to gym classes, you need to take care of comfortable sports clothes, you can take your baby's favorite toy.

You don't need to bring anything extra for the massage.

For the first time, we recommend arriving 15 min. before the session. Additionally, we will ask you to fill out a health status questionnaire.

Other times, it is enough to arrive 5-10 minutes before the session - how much time is needed to change clothes or prepare the baby for the procedure.

Kinesitherapy in the pool and hall is recommended for babies from 2 months.

In order for the baby to feel good in the water, its weight should reach at least 5 kg, then it will not be cold. Before starting to visit the pool, it is recommended to bathe the baby in a home bathtub with water temperature of 34 degrees. The baby must be fed at least 30 minutes before the session. It is recommended not to be late so that the preparation is calm and the baby has time to get used to the environment. It is normal if the first sessions are shorter, 30 minutes may be too much for the youngest.

In the service descriptions, you will see the type of activity and the recommended age of the child, but if you are in doubt or have additional questions, do not hesitate to contact us by phone +370 (652) 59777 or by message on social channels.

For a comfortable time for all customers, we recommend that one parent accompany the child to the session. Depending on the number of people in the pool area, parents can watch their little one swim while changing.

If the situation changes and you are unable to come to the session, please always inform us as much as possible in advance. Absence can be reported by phone, SMS message (in response to the received registration reminder message), e-mail or message on social networks.

For holders of service subscriptions, if no-shows are notified 24 hours in advance, the session is deducted from the remaining times.

If you are late for a session, your time will be shortened accordingly. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the clinic reserves the right not to admit you to the session.

Please inform us in advance if you see that you will not be able to arrive on time.
