BAMBINO SPA TERMS OF USE

1. The Centre accepts only pre-registered visitors.
2. You must arrive at the scheduled time for the session, if you are late, the session time will be reduced.
3. If a service is registered and the service is incomplete through no fault of the staff or the centre, the service The recipient will be charged at the standard rate.
4. 24 hours’ notice is required if you are unable to attend. If no notice is given in advance, the money paid will be forfeited, the subscription will be charged and will not be refunded at another time.
5. The pool is forbidden for people with infectious or contagious diseases or open wounds.
6. Upon arrival at the centre, children’s and parents’ outdoor clothing is left in the designated area. Outdoor footwear should be changed or slippers worn.
7. Non-slip rubber footwear is required for entering the pool. In the swimming pool area, take it slowly, assess, that wet surfaces can be slippery, and to hold on to handrails when climbing stairs. Children are not allowed to jog in the pool area.
8. Parents (or another accompanying adult) are responsible for their children’s safety during, before and after the activity. Children must not be left alone and babies must not be left on changing tables.
9. The pool can only be accessed with a staff member’s permission.
10. It is recommended to take a shower before and after the pool.
11. It is compulsory to bring your own towel when entering the pool with children, and also for pregnant women. For the little one One towel and one disposable swim nappy are provided.
12. Used towels are left in the designated box. After the session, the changing area must remain tvarkinga.
13. The Bambino Spa equipment must be protected and preserved. The inventory must not be used without staff supervision.
14. Visitors are responsible for personal belongings left behind.
15. Photography and  filming during Bambino Spa sessions is only allowed with the permission of the staff. It is forbidden to film, photograph or publish photographs of other visitors to . The Centre respects the individual right to privacy.
16. Visitors are offered free coffee, tea or water. If this has not been offered, guests can contact the receptionist themselves to request it.
