Watsu® is a unique aquatic therapy that allows you to experience the power of the synergy between water and body in a calm and nurturing environment.
Watsu® therapy combines elements of massage, stretching and joint mobility in warm water to promote deep relaxation, pain relief and holistic healing. During a Watsu® session, the practitioner gently holds and moves the client’s body in the water, incorporating buoyant movements, gentle stretches and dance elements. The buoyancy of the water facilitates movement, while the warm water and the therapist’s warm, nurturing warmth help to soothe muscles and promote total relaxation.

Watsu® Therapy FAQ
Only 10% of a person's weight is felt in the water, and buoys are placed on the feet, which ensure easy movement in the water and even more lighten the weight of your body. Therefore, regardless of your weight or body type, it is not difficult or uncomfortable for the therapist to perform the therapy.
Prepare as you would for a regular pool session - have all the bathing equipment (swimsuit, pool slippers, towel). Before the session, remove all jewelry (earrings, rings, chains, bracelets).
In that case, you must come! During this therapy, together with the power of water and the unique Watsu® methodology, the body and mind are effectively relaxed.
We recommend arriving at least 15 min. before the session so that you can prepare for the therapy calmly and without rushing.
Duration of the entire session including preparation, introduction - 1 hour. 30 minutes, of which 60 minutes - in water.
